Walk for 100 minutes

Today I went for a walk in a neighbourhood park for 100 minutes, I walked for atleast 4.5 miles. That was a good walk, a slow stroll through a very peaceful, green park with my wife. I would love to run for an hour for 5 miles rather walk for 2 hours, running is more efficient and it takes less time to achieve more. I will start running from tomorrow. This week, I want to run for 5 days with an hour each day for atleast 5 miles a day. That's the goal for this week. I want to meet this goal. I want to swim for 40 min a day and also do strength training for 30 min a day for next 5 days.
