Exercise

Why Exercise is so tough to Do. Why routine is so tough to maintain, is it because it's so easy to let it go, not do it, just let the time prevail without routine. I always had a tough time to maintain routine or to exercise regularly. I want to change it, I want to redefine myself. I need to get into a routine that I can sustain. I need to start achieving small goals that I had set forth before, to achieve them, I need discipline, motivation to keep going. To start moving in a direction, where i can set goals and also achieve them, to realize that potential. I am starting today, now, with small steps. This week will be my starting point towards realizing my enormous potential.
